Saw him with his three friends, maybe 20 years ago. They did anti war songs. And it was clear, they could do a full concert of anti war songs for 2 hours and I knew every one going back to Buffalo Springfield and up into the nineties. At the time he was the only one who appeared to be able to actually move around on stage. The other three looked like fat old men in a nursing home. Well, Nash looked like a then old man.

My second favorite artist. I have probably sixty of his albums. He has had tremendous musical highs, but also embarrassingly bad lows.

Any artist who puts out the volume of work that Young has is bound to have some failures.

Liked that song when it came out. I was in my mid 20s then.

Couple of years ago while on a 10 hour drive (used to take me 8) I popped in a “Best Of” CD and it came on.

All I could do was smile and reminisce.

Where did it all go??
