Can’t these people write an article?

Who wants to watch an hour long video when the info could probably be put into a ten minute read of an article?

PCR tests are used successfully in clinical work every day for many ailments other than Covid. Polymerase Chain Reaction testing certainly works very well for identifying and confirming bacterial infections. Sometimes it's the only tool available.

How well PCR works on viruses such as China Virus, I don't know. No doubt the virus's small size would contribute some order of difficulty. Bacteria are huge compared to viruses.

The only valid test for immunity to the disease is a determination by a laboratory that antibodies specific to COVID-19 Wuhan virus are circulating in the blood stream. Anything else, like a certificate that the individual has had an mRNA vaccine, or a nose swab that comes back negative, are just window dressing, and not valid for determining acquired immunity, if any.

And there are natural immunes out there, those whom because of a quirk in their biochemistry, or acquired immunity through their own bodily response to a previous infection of COVID-19 virus, are not subject to again acquiring the disease.

Another BS video from someone who can’t get his BS published in a scientific journal.

Here are the facts on: Thomas Cowan, a purveyor of debunked theories, can no longer practice medicine in California. He plans to become an “unlicensed health coach.”

https://calmatters.org/health/2021/02/conspiracy-theory-doctor-surrenders-medical-license/

Yet the anti-vaxxers continue to push these cockamamie theories and ignore the fact that their sources are quacks and snake oil salesmen.

In real words they're using 100 different beads to test this against. None of which are covid.

Description
This LLNL-developed invention is multiplexed and utilizes the Luminex bead-based liquid array, which contains 100 different unique beads. Oligonucleotide probes with sequences complementary to the target sequences are covalently coupled to these unique beads. These capture beads are mixed with viral samples obtained from the patient via cheek swabbing or a throat wash and subjected to PCR in a conventional thermocycler. The amplified target sequence is then hybridized to complementary capture oligonucleotide probes via forward biotinylated primers. If this bead-probe-amplicon unit contains the target nucleic acid, it will be bound by the reporter molecule and fluorescence will be detected by a flow cytometer. This multiplexed assay would thus be able to detect and identify respiratory pathogens present in hospital and clinical settings.

Okay, does anyone know the “even worse” replacement, or do we all have to sit through a stupid video to see if this guy ever says it?

What a stupid post.

Dr. Thomas Cowan is an alternative medicine doctor. From 1985 until 2019, Dr. Cowan had a general-medical practice, first in upstate New York, then for 17 years in Peterborough, N.H., and for 17 years in San Francisco, until his recent retirement from active practice.

Dr. Cowan attended Duke University, graduating in 1977 Summa Cum Laude with a degree in biology. He then served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Swaziland, Africa, from 1977 to 1980, teaching gardening in a secondary school. It was in Swaziland where he encountered the work of Weston A. Price and Rudolf Steiner, two of the greatest influences on his career.

After the Peace Corps, he attended medical school in his home state of Michigan at the Michigan State College of Human Medicine, graduating in 1984.

Dr. Cowan lives with his wife, Lynda, on rural farmland in Upstate New York. He has three children, one stepson and six thriving grandchildren. He is an avid gardener, and recently added several sheep and barn kittens to his growing farmstead.

That's a very weak cv. No mention of his degrees, his certifications, how he was licensed, or his actual practice.

But I have to admit that I was impressed that he cares for kittens.

PCR tests are not inherently bad. That is simply bad writing and communications. PCR tests have been used for a long time, and will continue to be used.

Anyway, a test is not a person—so it cannot be either good nor bad.

The PCR test was used “outside its norms” to generate “positive” tests. Normal use would not have identified COVID at the same levels used for other tests.

This falls under the heading that if you look for something long enough and close enough...you might just find it.

This was known ages ago.

As part of the Plandemic, how hard is it to understand that tons of over
the top amounts of published B.S. with the intent of making anyone who
resists look like a nut case, is going to be, and has been, a BIG part of the plan?

Interesting, I have scheduled an appointment with an ENT for Thursday and the office informed me that I have to have a PCR Covid test before I can come into the office........

They told me today that I can walk into my local Beaumont Urgent Care facility and have the test.

So I did.....After filling out the paper work at 3:15 p.m., they told me to go out to my car and wait till they call me in. When I asked them how long the wait would be, they snottily said they didn't know.

So I went out to my car and waited for a half hour and returned home to wait for the call. I then returned to the parking lot a half hour later and waited again. I finally went home again and it wasn't until 4:45 PM that they called me to come in (an hour and a half later).

I told them to stick it.........

What the hell has happened to this country and the medical community that I now have to be tested for Covid before I can even get in to see a doctor?
