This might be a downstream 'result of the order' excerpt of the waiver. I recalled that there was a phrase saying informed consent could be waived if it is in the patient's best interest (!!!). It did not specify trial participant, it was more general.
First I found text specifying the gov could share your information out without your consent if it was in your best interest.
Then I found this document.
I believe that since they are lying and saying the 'Covid vaccine' is safe and effective, the waiver would be forcibly applied to the 'vaccinated'. I don't know where to find Obama's order. I kind of find it odd that I only find updates.
Also, I recalled Obama signed the one I saw, and the article I found today was dated July 21, 2017, so it's probably an update. In fact, they provided a link that has since been deleted so it may be the date they copied their webpage (as of).
Note it was not reviewed -just blown out the hatch like they didn't want anyone noticing it:
"FDA is issuing this guidance for immediate implementation in accordance with 21 CFR 10.115(g)(3) without initially seeking prior comment."
In trying to find the original, I keep running into newer and new updates - in fact at this link the policy was updated most recently on October 25, 2021. That's creepy...what did they need changed...again?

No self-respecting bear would be caught dead with him/her/it and would flee.
...and if the bear didn't have standards I can most assuredly outrun the "Admiral". Particularly after I kicked 'em good and hard.

Dunno if it’s the same. I’ve seen the ambergris oil, but she seemed pretty definite about it just being “amber”. Shows you what a total blockhead I am about perfumes. Heh.

Yes, they’ve all done damage, but I don’t think Weiner was running the Clinton show. The laptop contained very damaging information about the Clintons. Huma sent that information to Weiner’s laptop, for insurance I imagine.
Hillary did damage by doing whatever she didn’t want people to see she did. Huma also did damage by copying and sending Hillary’s files to hubby’s computer. The damage Weiner did came from trying to have a sexual encounter with a minor through his computer, which made it possible for the LEOs to seize his laptop, see the Clinton information and be killed for it. Weiner was almost a passive player in the bigger scheme, though he had to be aware that Huma was using his computer as a repository for HRC’s dirt, unless he’s a complete Luddite.
I’m not saying Weiner’s a good guy. He definitely isn’t. He’s an incurable pedo and sleaze personified. But of all the people involved in the laptop, he’s probably the least culpable, well after Hillary herself, whoever hosted the parties where the incriminating acts were recorded, and Huma, who put the images and information on his laptop. He was either a witting or unwitting keeper of the files. And thank goodness for that. Would we even know about Clinton’s depravity if all of these events hadn’t happened and in this order?
AW may very well be Anthony Weiner, but between Weiner and Weissman, the latter is more dangerous and hurt tens of thousands more people than witless Weiner, and he did it under the colour of law. Using the law as your personal weapon and getting away with it is much more egregious than one man wagging his winkie on social media. If I had to choose between them for removal from society, the choice would be easy - bye bye Weissman.
Whoever AW is, let’s hope they ALL get rounded up and put away forever, though at this point, it’s looking like they may all die of old age first.
JEFFERSON CITY Today, Governor Mike Parson announced that he has issued Executive Order 21-10 to protect the individual rights of Missourians against overreaching federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
Governor Parson released the following statement regarding the Order:
“As the Governor of the State of Missouri, I stand with concerned Missourians and will do all I can to stop federal COVID-19 vaccine mandates.”
“When President Biden announced his initial plans to force unconstitutional vaccine mandates, we immediately began aligning state resources for legal action. While we hoped the Biden Administration would recognize these mandates as the abuse of authority that they are, they have not, and we must now use every tool we have available to fight this federal intrusion.”
“The Constitution and its historical interpretations clearly leave public health decisions to the states. The federal government has no authority to issue COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The Biden Administration acting alone to dictate and mandate health requirements represents the kind of federal power grab the founding fathers warned us against.”
“In the State of Missouri, public health decisions are left to the people to either make their own personal decisions or speak through their elected representatives in the General Assembly. The Biden Administration’s vaccine mandates undermine and deny Missourians’ their right to make personal health decisions and to speak through their elected representatives.”
“More than three million Missourians are fully vaccinated. Nearly 70 percent of Missourians 18 and older and nearly 90 percent of Missourians 65 and older have initiated vaccination.
