So, Halyna Hutchins grew up in Murmansk, USSR, and because her father was in the Russian military, she lived on Polyarny naval base, in Murmansk.
The submarine, The Red October, was built in Murmansk, and sailed for the first time out of..., Polyarney Naval Base...the exact naval base that Halyna Hutchins was raised on as a child.
