I’ve got a slide that’s not really a slide, but it sorta is. Using LJ’s post for convenience.

My husband, not normally given to controversy, has decided to place a Gadsden flag in his office at work. For those that do not know, my husband works for the local school district.

He said to me today that there is an art teacher who has a rainbow flag in his classroom. The art teacher is a well liked (and need I say, gay) teacher who has gotten away with this for at least two years.

I’m not relating this in the most perfect way, but, my husband is also very well liked and very well known person in the town and the school district, so I was most surprised when he told me this evening that he wants to take a stand.

He was saying that if the gay teacher can fly the gay flag without controversy, why can’t he fly the Gasden flag without controversy? ( I don’t know , do you ever LISTEN to me?) I asked if he was ready to be doxxed and on the news..is he ready to take a stand?

And it seems he is.

Wonderful news!! We all need to take a stand, whatever we can do.
