It is beyond easy. We are making this more difficult than necessary.
So.. after my stressful trip back to San Diego and home.. yesterday I felt awful. My throat was scratchy, my lungs had that “we’re sick” feeling in them. I kind of ached, was tired.
I took a zinc, I upped my Vit D, I took a Warrior Immunity capsule- interesting stuff, has Oregano in it plus others. I took another Vit C, and since I have not been taking NAC, I took one of those.
Then.. I opened my very expired Ivermectin horse paste (2018). I dialed it sort of near my weight, got 150 instead lol, mixed it with some honey (should have done peanut butter) gagged it down (maybe the fresh one doesn’t taste so gosh darn stale).
And guess who feels fine this morning?? 🙋🏻♀️
I did google, “can I give expired Ivermectin paste to my horse”, people do. I’ll break out the new stuff today.
Also, while as not to scare them... I thought Wuhan hadn’t been isolated yet. So, they are testing people for the flu, right? Someone has a bounty on whoever can isolate Covid in the lab.. like 5 million, I don’t think that’s been paid out yet.

Sad since we used to be able to say no to whatever treatment we didn’t want. We were able to walk out of a hospital, against doctor’s orders. And now.. we will get a big red sticker on our charts??
(I had a cat that bit a dumb, seriously dumb vet tech). My cat was defending herself against that dumb tech, so she bit her.. twice) And what did my cat get? A big red round “I’m a biter” sticker.”
I wanted to take that red sticker and shove it on the forehead of the vet tech and have it say “DUMB”.)

I received a card in my mail. My hospital is offering me a $7,500 bonus if I can refer an RN to apply and agree to 16 hours of work a week. The offer is good until 31 December.
I have a ton of Nurse friends and my hospital I am told it is among the highest paid in our nation. All they have to do is put my name on their application form, and once they get hired I get free money.
Of course many of my friends already work there and those who do not, would likely not take the stick anyhow which is surely required.
Imagine though, how desperate they are getting. I just wonder about where this money is coming from. Truth is, I love my hospital, but for more than 20 months it has become nightmarish.

I believe research like that shown below (2009) points to the use of nano particles to trigger an immune response as if the particles were 'living' pathogens, and this was likely used to create the appearance of a Plandemic, and to keep it going with 'vaccine' campaigns. My issue was Donald putting Hannity up on a pedestal by describing him as ‘great’. That’s just silly.
I think a lot of the D3 depletion comes from food sources. Whole Milk that is pasteurized has had vitamin D added back to it since about the 1940s (?) because processing destroys all the vitamins in milk and they started seeing Rickets in schoolchildren. Nowadays, a lot of people are dairy intolerant (probably due to processing also), so they aren't getting those vitamins from milk or cheese and if they aren't supplementing, are probably depleted. If you can get raw milk, that is an excellent source of not only vitamins and minerals, but also pollen allergen antibodies. Leafy greens are also an excellent source. I throw two cups of spinach into a smoothie every morning and my D levels are still lower than I would like. I think it really depends on how your body processes food sources and the more inflammation your body has, the more impacted your absorption will be.
D and/or Zinc depletion is really the only thing that explains why one person in a household can get extremely sick with COVID while the other person in the same household gets a sniffle.
That guy is gonna get so sued. Do what he needs to do, but he needs to keep it off social media.
