Right now, the SWPC says there is a 30% chance of only active geomagnetic activity on the 26th, a 40% chance of a “minor storm”, a 25% chance of a “moderate storm”, and a 1% chance of a “strong-extreme storm.”
Trust science. This is the best that they can do with billion dollar budgets. Weather.com, which is wrong except in hindsight, could do that poorly.

The last time this happened, I was at work in a VOIP teleconference. Got a lot of static throughout.
I asked my husband if we needed to do anything re: disconnecting from the grid. He said he got in prayer a few days ago, out of the blue, that a circuit breaker is not a switch, so I guess I’ll just unplg a few things.

Just finished installing 64 new panels made in Texas last month.
fyi — my 10 year old panels are doing fine. Seem to be at least 90% of what they were new. Hard to really compare as over time I change things !!
btw — don’t buy any Fronius inverters. After ten years and two 5 kw installed, we are on like #6 between the two under warranty. I’m on my own in another month.
