November 8 is the deadline to have received both of the two shot types, or the one j&j.

I refuse.
9 months shy of twenty years
I’ll provide a statement of rejecting the offer.
I won’t beg a church leader, who can in no way attest to my faith relationship with our Creator, to “sign me off”.
I will simply reject the offer on the basis of my faith.

I won’t resign
They’ll have to fire me.
I know it won’t be coming from the office leadership, but from Washington and the local leadership will not be pleased to have been put in this position.

There is a possibility that my doctor will find something Saturday that will exempt me medically. If this happens I’ll forego the upcoming promotion opportunity and retire anyway next year, if I can hold out the 9 months.

There is a possibility of lawsuits that will require compensation, or reinstatement, but I’m not leaning on this.

It’s a big career loss, but I wiill stand on my principles.
“Where God guides, God provides”
It will work out.

Blessings to any and all who are facing these mandates and the dilemmas they present. Be strong in the Lord. Again I say be strong. God determined you to be alive today and He will help you endure.

Hey, Sheep
Do you have access to an “un-influenced” lawyer?
Yes...Provide the following statement and questions.

Is OSHA, in concert with DHHS, tasked to keep employees safe from an employers inherent risks of being employed?
IOW, are certain risks regulated BECAUSE they exist in the work-place?
Is OSHA/DHHS accountable for risks >outside< the work-place that may [or, may not] be brought in by either the public of the workers?
To wit, can OSHA(&DHHS) \require\ a “Hot Work Permit - Tank Entry” policy & protocol for a business that is strictly an office environment?
Now, what of risks brought into the work-place from exposure outside of the operations (risk-source)?

Upshot?
By requiring the vaxx, is the FedGov ADMITTING that they have introduced the COVID into the workplace as a normal process of their work requirements?

Think chicken pox....

I won’t beg a church leader, who can in no way attest to my faith relationship with our Creator, to “sign me off”>>>. I heard that the religious exemption is personal. no pastor, or church policy is involved. I am fortunate as my retirement was scheduled for April 1 2020. The office closed on march 15th. I packed all my stuff and went home. had the laptop, checked email a couple of times. sent the laptop back in April. end of story.

If you are in a federal union (like AFGE) your employer (.gov) is attempting to change your working conditions without due process and without a renegotiation of the contract.

Talk to your union steward asap.

If they give you a hard time talk to your local president.

If that does not work your next conversation should be with a labor attorney specializing in union employees.

You have many options.

Just think of fighting this as your full time job and you will win.
