Thanks to the massive amount of people across multiple social media platforms doing their part to move the Gabby Petito case forward, there’s been a bit of an update.
Turns out, Internet sleuths believe they’ve spotted a figure that might be Brian Laundrie digging a hole in a field near Gabby’s van. In footage obtained by YouTubers named Red White & Bethune who also happen to be from Florida, those following the Gabby Petito case believe they spotted a person digging in a field.
Wild stuff but she is dead and the man she supposedly was head over heels for possibly murdered her AND HE NEEDS TO BE FOUND.
How that lesbian couple's murder is not connected seems odd to me.
Brian Laundrie thought he found a good spot to hide her and they still found her.

This traveling family explained in the caption: “Tonight I was editing our video with footage from August 27th 2021 at around 6:00pm from the Grand Tetons area. It was in Spread Creek Dispersed Camping land.”
Someone posted here yesterday that he was known as a lazy bum. He wouldn’t “hide” the body more than 100 ft from a road. He was too lazy to bury her or expend the energy to physically move her too far from the vehicle. It appears the poster was correct.

Kevin, I apologize. I was distracted when posting and didn’t realize that the article said the video was taken at Grand Teton. I wrongly jumped to the conclusion that it was taken in Florida. My bad. I doubt it has much evidentiary value, but it is certainly worthy of discussion.
Yes, this video helped the officials find Gabby. It was a freak deal but leave it up to the digital age we live in. A Vlogger was editing video from their trip and realized that the van along side the road was Gabby’s. Her body was found nearby. You can see her sandals and phone on the ground behind the van.
They are wondering if that is Laundirie in the background.
You are correct and I agree. A vehicle is much easier to identify, unless you have acceess to a body shop setup.

Not only is a vehicle easier to identify, but the police can find a few tiny fragments of vehicle parts and it’s amazing how easily they can identify pretty much everything you need to know about the exact vehicle it came from.
OMG in the Yellowstone/Teton area there are SO many places to dispose of a body.

That is actually the area that the body was found. This is another couple that was vlogging their trip. When they realized that they were in the area the same time that Gabby & her fiance were. They rechecked their recordings & this is the result. They had a video of their van at the camp area.

That is exactly the area LE was focusing on as seen on the Mao given to media.
Specifically that the white van had Florida tags because those vloggers were also from Florida and wanted to say hello. But like you said no persons appeared to be near ro inside the vehicle.
Based on the timing this is probably right before or right after Gabby got killed.
This internet scouring used to be called “weaponized autism” before someone got their panties in a twist.
How did this become a national story? Usually, missing person stories are local news only.
