What enforcement group has authority to apply and subsequently penalize residents (who are also citizens) for not following mandates and recommendations (non-legislative requirements) that touch upon public health issues? Can the local ‘police force’ apply and enforce DoHealth recommendations..up to and including incarceration?
Does THIS outcome encroach on your Oath duty?
In sum, can I be assured that your office will keep and apply a Constitutional “Oath of Office” loyalty if I request your assistance?

I am recalling the information distributed during the first days — to reduce the curve — Our Emergency Management teams documents stated that if anyone failed to agree to voluntary quarantine after testing positive, a court order would be obtained to enforce it. That goes back to emergency procedures. Our Emergency Management Team disbanded months ago - therefore, the emergency is long over with.
As far as I’m concerned, if there is no statute/law stating that a vaccine is mandatory—there is no way that is legal.
