I am recalling the information distributed during the first days — to reduce the curve — Our Emergency Management teams documents stated that if anyone failed to agree to voluntary quarantine after testing positive, a court order would be obtained to enforce it. That goes back to emergency procedures. Our Emergency Management Team disbanded months ago - therefore, the emergency is long over with.
As far as I’m concerned, if there is no statute/law stating that a vaccine is mandatory—there is no way that is legal.

Many thanks for this info; you have not heard from the coordinator of your emergency Management team, in regards to the Delta wave?
And in regards to the shots, they’re all EUA, the ok’d one isn’t available.

All it would take is for Congress to pass a memorial/resolution that says, “As of [DATE], the COVID \pandemic\ has ceased to exist.”
