The vax pimps often cite the Supreme Court case Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 192 U.S. 11 (1905), as justification for a vaccine mandate. Jacobson, however, dealt with a local health department requirement for smallpox vaccination. A key difference between Jacobson and today with COVID-19 is that the smallpox vaccine actually prevented people contracting or transmitting the disease.
Today’s so-called vaccines against COVID-19 don’t even claim to do that. In fact, before the CDC changed their definition of “vaccine” earlier this month, neither of the mRNA preparations could legitimately be called “vaccines.”
The exemption of the entire USPS workforce and millions not employed by large corporations should be enough to tell anyone this arbitrary and capricious, and has absolutely nothing to do with public health, regardless of how much fear-porn they load onto the Presidential Teleprompter.
I absolutely question the Loofah-Brain-In Chief’s authority to issue this mandate.

This is supposed to come down in 75 days. Isn’t that before the “fully approved” Pfizer vaccine Comirnaty is available. So, the current Pfizer drug and none of the other shots are fully FDA approved.

I notice that this only applies to working Americans. People on food stamps and welfare are apparently exempt. And how many illegals are working in this country who will not get vaccinated? His vaccination plan is about as well thought out as his withdrawal from Afghanistan.

I see a lot of that happening, with a lot of “shell” owners. Wives owning one, the husband the other. Or, get cousins to do it.
How about children? Do they need emancipating before they can legally own something when under 18/21?
