Yes, pickles are on a list. Anything fermented. Here is a link to 11 fermented foods and beverages. When I was looking for food with those particular probiotics my list started with yogurt and cultured buttermilk. There are a lot more.

Sadly raw milk is difficult to find. Another alternative is boiling milk. According to Ayurveda, boiling milk makes it much easier to digest, both the protein and fat, and of course any possible disease causing organisms are taken care of. I find when I drink boiled milk I have absolutely no problems, but if I drink unboiled milk, I get very congested.

What a jagoff! I let my only kid enlist because I was stupid enough to trust this assh*le with the keys. I'm lucky because my son came back (mostly) intact after four Mideast deployments- other parents, spouses and children were not so lucky.
