The no flush niacin is not nicotinic acid. You need nicotinic acid, not the other forms. The flush is good because it serves as a barometer as to whether you are dosing the proper ratio of niacin to melatonin.

I think the author is saying that we have allowed reality to diverge from perception (a result of gaslighting), we are freezing in place (Deep State is intentionally loading us up with as many crises as possible to immobilize our thinking), and the indoctrincation of self-loathing/self-blaming is working to disarm us.

I’m already getting my recommended daily allowance of niacin.

That's the recommended MINIMUM dose per day. If you do have a good supply of niacin, then you probably won't flush much. Further, coupling with melatonin makes the magic happen.

That's what Katz is saying. Your melatonin uptake will like increase far beyond the 10mg you are taking daily (I'm at 100mg per dose with 1000mg niacin). You'll be taking 2-3 times a day depending on your commitment. The niacin uses the melatonin, so there's little worry of grogginess. If you do get the jab, the recommendation is to ramp up to 2000mg niacin 3x/day. You'd stay at this dose for at least a month while slowly ramping down the melatonin while keeping the niacin dose the same. After that I'm not sure for daily intake. I'm guessing about 500mg niacin a day forever.

Welp, as you know I am highly concerned (understandment of 2021-Trademark application pending) about the deployment of Afghan 'refugees' to military bases.

I'm relieved to see someone rolling the thinking forward to next steps - I wouldn't have known where to start.

 Now let’s talk next steps...

Educated guess: There should be a lot of enlisted folks on these bases who aren’t happy about this. If anyone reading this has people at these locations, we need some human, eyes on intel of what’s going on. Any credible information is helpful.

Next, we need to get the word out to all ride share folks NOT to accept any fares from these locations. We should do our best to keep these folks in a location we know, rather than scattered about.

We also need to know which NGO’s (if any) are assisting in this invasion. Catholic Charities is a name that keeps coming up, but we need to a) verify and b) nail down the local offices of whomever is coordinating this - I’m talking their exact locations.

This issue needs to be ringing in the ears of every GOP official - not just congress critters, I’m talking state and local officials. They need to be made aware that this operation is potential Trojan Horse on steroids.

That’s all I can think of for now. But for the lurkers out there, this is serious, and no getting out of it. We are going to have to address this problem or it will most assuredly address us.
