Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

The main selling nutritional yeast is Red Star, they also sell baking yeast. Isn’t brewers’ yeast any more, it is manufactured specifically and has added B vitamins. Thanks for the links, this is from one of them, I need to find a package of Red Star nutritional yeast and see what is says specifically. Lots more information at links. I have used nutritional years for decades. After reading all the niacin info, I have upped my intake.

When I was a little kid my grandmother bought yeast cakes and made me eat one everyday. They were foil wrapped and about the size of a quarter. I found some online but they are in blocks.
My mom’s parents were from up North and when I stayed with them I ate prunes, grapefruit, boiled eggs and my yeast cake for breakfast. When I stayed with my Chattanooga grandparents I ate biscuits and gravy with sausage, eggs, and bacon. My Chattanooga grandmother said the first thing she did when Mom and Dad got married was to teach her how to “cook real food.” LOL

Oh no. Fat back is a real thing here too. I had to quit because of my cholesterol and it made my BP go up but I love it!
