Ditto, I had just gotten up in the morning on the West Coast when I heard that on the radio. I was on my PC at the time in my office and then decided to go back into the Master bedroom to turn on the TV as it didn’t sound right. Literally 60 seconds after I started watching the TV the second plane came in and it wasn’t no Cessna. I new the world had changed.
thanks very much for making that clearer! whew. you had me confused :)
I had me confused too. I knew I read it, I just did the old guy thing and forgot where I read it.

I used to have the Buick version of the Citation. They were both pieces of garbage. ;)
Correct. Should have never gone in there. No room to abort the takeoff.
He had said something about it being pretty fast. One of the most fun parts of our trip to Cabo was when we stopped at an airport in the sun belt (I forget which state) that had a strong military presence. We got to watch pairs of A-10’s do touch and go practice landings. Being that it is my favorite military plane, I was mesmerized.
Good saying! I’ll have to ask my dad if he knows that one.
