A group of House Republicans will introduce legislation Thursday that would prevent President Joe Biden’s administration from enforcing a vaccine mandate on the American people.
The Daily Caller first obtained the legislation, titled the Health Freedom For All Act, which was spearheaded by Republican New York Rep. Claudia Tenney. Reps. Jim Banks, Jeff Duncan, Jody Hice, Brian Mast, Jake LaTurner, Lauren Boebert, Doug Lamborn, John Rose, Madison Cawthorn, Tom Tiffany, Brian Babin, Ronny Jackson, Jerry Carl, Jason Smith, and August Pfluger co-sponsored the legislation.
The Health Freedom For All Act would prevent the Secretary of Labor from enacting an emergency rule to require employers to mandate vaccines, medication, or medical procedures, such as COVID-19 testing for employees. Also, the bill states that under existing law the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) does not have the authority to force Americans to undergo medical procedures, taking vaccines or undergo testing.
“President Biden’s vaccine and testing mandate far exceeds the authority granted to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) by Congress. I received my vaccine and support voluntary vaccination efforts. However, I strongly oppose others being forced to receive the vaccine or it being made a condition of employment. My commonsense bill makes clear that OSHA does not have the authority to force Americans to receive vaccines or undergo testing,” Tenney said in a statement.
“Like President Biden’s extension of the CDC’s [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] eviction moratorium earlier this year, this mandate is yet another attempt by the Administration to skirt the law and do through government coercion what it is failing to do through persuasion. I am honored to partner with Congressman Banks on this important effort to stop President Biden from further abusing our Constitution,” Tenney added.

Fauci just said yesterday that "fully vaxxed" is now vaxxed + booster shot.
They keep moving the goalposts & people just keep going along with it. I don't understand where the "Enough is Enough" people are at.
In an interview with The Atlantic, Dr. Anthony Fauci said that he believed that booster shots would become standard in the future to be considered fully protected.

Employees need to threaten to walk off the jobs in droves.
Corporations will see they are needed, can’t replace fast enough, and sue the Federal Government and the President to stop this unlawful mandate.

Just announced that the Senate has enough votes to pass a stop gap bill until Dec.
No government shut down tonight.
The US Senate has enough votes to pass a bill which will extend government funding through Dec. 3, averting a shutdown at midnight tonight.
The bill will next move to the House, which is expected to clear it for President Biden’s signature this afternoon.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Democrat’s agenda remains in limbo, after Rep. Pramila Jayapal said House progressives were “in the same place” following a meeting with Speaker Pelosi regarding their refusal to vote ‘yes’ on the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill without concurrently passing the $3.5 trillion economic blueprint.
“The Continuing Resolution contains a number of key items that Republicans call for,” said McConnell. “That includes supplemental funds to resettle Afghan refugees, and hurricane recovery aid for Louisiana.”
McConnell then said it was “seriously disappointing” that Democrats wouldn’t let them fund Israel’s Iron Dome, adding “It honestly baffles me that defensive aid to our ally, Israel, has become a thorny subject for the political left. But overall, this is encouraging progress.”
“On government funding, what Republicans laid out all along was a plain, continuing resolution, without the poison pill of a debt limit increase. That’s exactly what we’ll pass today.”
In short, looks like the government won’t shut down - but the debt ceiling and the spending packages remain in limbo.

Disappointing. Why? Why would any of the R's vote for this? They have nothing to lose & everything to gain. The Dims control both houses & the Presidency, they would get all the blame.
