Remember when the Christmas Tree 1st opened up on the highway in downtown Lakeside?
I liked it best when it was in that little house with the original owners, an older couple.
IIRC he got sick and they had to sale and it was moved to the old home on Woodland Rd where it remained until it closed.

We are living through an insane scenario that future historians will write about for years: Americans were told to take medical advice on COVID-19 from the same guy who funded the creation of COVID-19.
It truly was a miracle from God. We are helping around 70 or so make the trek through the mountains to escape at this moment. 24 made it through to freedom yesterday. Our church and pastors are working with/funding diverse Special Ops groups there. My son (retired military) was in the middle east helping in ways I cannot report here. I was more than relieved when he returned home safely last week.

I just can’t get the disconnect in their thinking, like you mentioned their higher taxes.
My cousin from Italy is so excited about their free education and free healthcare. But when she came here to visit she was in awe - couldn’t believe that people had actual houses. And yards! She never put it together and even the times I told her that’s how economics Works she didn’t believe it. I guess in their make-believe world they want to have it all. Without working for it.
But another thing I really noticed in the differences between the Liberals and conservatives on Facebook is that the Liberals from socialized country don’t want to have to lift a finger or pay a penny for their health. And they complain non-stop if they do, like when they have to go to Boston for treatment or pay for drops that aren’t covered buy insurance. All the rest of us are paying the same thing out of pocket, the US people, and nobody complains that much, not even the liberals. But there’s an interesting fella in Australia, very conservative, and he is figuring out his own treatment. He bought a centrifuge so he can make his own autologous serum drops. And he got better so much faster than the whiners. Of course they don’t notice that either
Very true. I need to remember that when I get frustrated. Need to remind myself He has our backs. And if He doesn’t then we are in the end times. And there’s nothing I can do about it. Except pray.

Yes, I remember the first place. I think I was only there only a couple of times. The one on Woodland road many times. Was there a place nearby where kids could catch fish for so much per pound?

Don’t know about that number, 75%. The Mayo Clinic’s website has it at a little over 60% Nationwide. Under 60 for fully vaccinated. Updated 9/5.
Just a couple days ago I found a website that had it hovering around 50 fully vaccinated. That gave me hope that people were not sheep.

There is a disconnect, can’t seem to see that they are paying for their health car with higher taxes.
And it is health care that is very inferior to ours.
Why do Canadians, especially, come here for operations?
