Dr Timothy Geary is one of the world's foremost experts of ivermectin, and has done research on the drug for over a decade.
Geary, who is the Research Chair in Parasite Biotechnology at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, says that the study which spawned much of the ivermectin-craze is not being correctly read.
He told DailyMail.com that the study did show that ivermectin could inhibit the replication of COVID-19 virus cells, which is what many are reading from the study that makes them believe the drug has virus killing properties.

You can’t have it both ways. Either it’s a lethal pandemic where running red lights is justified and indeed essential, or everybody survives in which case measuring a “lifesaving” effect is impossible.
If three deaths per 10,000 cases is true, you would have to treat ten million cases with ivermectin to measure a difference - which will never happen.
I got burned using HCQ after it was apparent it was ineffective, the ivermectin saga feels exactly the same.
Read the full paragraph. A study using toxic to humans levels in a petri dish is not going work the same in live humans. Lots of things kill viruses in vitro that don’t work in vivo (living beings).
That said, if the human preparation and dosage is cheap and safe, then stop withholding it from those that want to use it. The powers that be have created the situation they are decrying.
And why are people having trouble getting the correct dose? Don't we have doctors to tell us what that dosage would be and prescribe that amount for us?

Almost 4 billion doses have been given around the world to humans...it appears to be a pretty safe drug. I detect a push by vax companies to shoot down any treatment that is not a ‘vaccine’...and Australia just announced people there will be getting vaxxed every 6 months for years to come.
COVID does have a high survival rate. But for certain groups the fatality rate is much higher than for others. That is not a contradiction. Also though younger, healthier people have high survival rates there can be incidents (just like with the flu) where they also develop a severe life threatening course. Early and preventative treatment is essential in keeping the virus from getting worse no matter where you fall in the demographics.
Anyone who takes the full horse syringe - clearly marked for a 1250 lb horse! - is stupid enough that death might help the gene pool of the human race.
I keep hearing how people are being poisoned because they are taking does meant for large animal. Well that is the unintended consequence of not allowing doctors to prescribe medicine that is in regular use around the world and by all evidence does no harm. It can be debated whether it actually will help with COVID but we will never know because “the science” won’t allow the scientific method to prove it one way or the other.
He can’t be that shallow, so he must be dishonest.

How many people do you know that have been “poisoned” by Ivermectin treatment?
I know many who have taken/have been taking it, with no ill effects.
Much more than I can say for the risky, experimental shots.
It seems tey are trying to equate a treatment issue with a dosage issue.

More like Timothy Leary. He must be trippin’ because he admits Ivermectin can affect the virus’ replication.
The problem is “the science”! wouldn’t look at ivermectin holistically. Wouldn’t consider the anti-inflammatory impact. They would look at the impact on the virus and say no.
Nothing works on covid unless it is really expensive and the company is owned by democrat family members

He is commenting on an early study from SARS-COV-1 in the lab on cell cultures, not on ANY human trials (of which there have now been over 200).
His primary work now is to repurpose flubendazole to cure the same diseases that Ivermectin already addresses. I’ll bet a big steak dinner that he is funded by a major drug company...
His comment on the dosage uses microliters (liquid measurement) which is not how any human dosage is measured (mg).
He is just another shill for the globalists...

Seriously?? Is there an Ivermectin degree program somewhere?
How many patients has the so-called expert treated for flu, pneumonia or the RONA?
Personally, I’d listen to Doctors who are on the front lines treating people with success.
It doesn’t “have virus-killing properties.”
It kills bacteria.
You don’t die from the flu or COVID-1984 viruses, you die from the opportunistic bacterial pneumonia it creates the conditions for.
This guy may be an expert on Ivermectin, but he’s not an expert on viruses.
