The entire approach to the virus is incorrect. It is all senescence. There is no "pneumonia." There is an accumulation of senescent cells causing the alveolar damage. Senescent endothelial cells are causing the observed coagulopathy

senescence biological aging. In other words covid and the injections accelerate aging

The counter to this is quercetin and black tea theaflavins

Over the counter remedies that work

Some of these dosage is important. Ivermectrin dosage should be higher when sick. Vitamin C needs to be on an IV when sick. Niacin isn't even on this list which suggests they didn't test. Curcumin is news to me.
improvement Curcumin 86% Vitamin D 80% Quercetin 79% Zinc 75% Melatonin 73% Ivermectrin 72%

Easy way to know your Melatonin level is down. Take flush Niacin if you flush you're melatonin is low. I eat a small bag of pistachios and I didn't flush.

I'm working up a flow chart for this. Contrarily if you get drowsy your niacin is low.

I’m not crazy about the flush - I’ve fortunately never had hot flashes, but I imagine it must be something like what the niacin flush feels like. And 500 to 1500 mg seems like an excessive megadose. I flush from much less, and I eat pistachios almost every day... it’s a staple around here. Not crazy about taking melatonin, either, as I’m always looking for supplements that increase mental sharpness and energy levels, not diminish them. I have no difficulty whatsoever in sleeping.

Still, I’m interested in reading about this and learning how it all works together.
