Sinacurcumin® soft gel 40 mg, which is registered product from curcuminoids in Iran (IRC:1,228,225,765) and are industrialized in Nanotechnology Research Center of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, marketed by Exir Nano Sina Company, Tehran, Iran. (Hatamipour et al., 2019) The treatment group received 2 soft gels after breakfast and 2 soft gels after dinner daily for 2 weeks.

I have to look into this a little more but curcumin (active ingredient in Turmeric) needs to be taken with black pepper extract for better absorption?
