HANOI, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Vietnamese soldiers on Monday were deployed on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City to help enforce a lockdown in the country's business hub, which has become the epicentre of its worst coronavirus outbreak so far during the pandemic.
Panic-buying broke out at supermarkets in the city of nine million people over the weekend ahead of the tighter lockdown, which started on Monday and prohibits residents from leaving their homes....

The timing of her trip doesn’t make any sense, especially with this development(which apparently has been brewing for sometime).
On second thought maybe it’s a how to initiate lockdowns on a large scale.

The truth has came out. The communist regime in Vietnam had announced that they will use the military force to distribute the food to people in the locked out areas directly, but in reality they sent the military force which is divided into many small groups. Each group, contains about 6 soldiers & “Specialist”, get inside to each house in some districts of Saigon and ask people inside to get Chinse vaccine. When people protest and not want to take the Chinse vaccine, they are forced down with soldiers point gun to their head, and the “specialist” just give them the shot out of their will. Some people has reported that they overheart the “specialists” when talking to each other, they did talk in Vietnamese but with Chinese accent. Another fact is instead of using the military force from Southern Vietnam, the communist regime did send the soldiers stationed in Northern Vietnam down, talking about too much trust for the Vietnam Southern military force </sarc>. Look like the puppet Vietnamese government is cooperated with red China to indirectly kill more Southern Vietnamese especially Saigon with unpopular Chinese vaccine, so later they will sell the land to red China under the disguise of renting the economic district zone to China for 99 years so the mainland Chinese can migrate over later. Vietnam is actually lost to the red China without the real invading!!!
