When I was a boy, I read science fictions stories about a world in which humans lounged around poolside sipping drinks being waited on by armies of robots that would also take care of all the chores and unpleasant tasks.

All us humans had to do was sit around and take our leisure while the robots did all the work around us.

Sounded like a paradise but those stories never had good outcomes.

These will be delivering your packages as the trucks self drive in 10 years.

If your job is a menial task that can be replaced by a bot, it will be replaced by a bot within 10 years.

Figure out what a bot can’t do, and learn to do that and do that well.

Some people are terrified after watching Tesla’s AI seminar yesterday. Too much science fiction from binge watching TV in the last 18 months will do that. But this is the future like it or not.

I have watched You Tube videos of people testing the Tesla self driving FSD and it is getting more impressive with each iteration. And after watching how it works on the back end is down right jaw dropping. I had no idea that they fabbed their own AI CPU’s.

I wonder what Jeff Bezos thought after watching that last night? I know last night had nothing to do with rockets and the moon and Mars just yet. But Jeff is not anywhere near Elon’s level. Jeff sells Chineese trinkets on the internet and made good coin. Elon is Tony Stark & Leonardo Davinci all wrapped into one.

Next, terminators built by robots to kill certain people. How about a robo cop. Works nonstop only to recharge its battery. 5mph walking sped is pretty fast.
