I found a place to send it myself. Here is what I sent:

If someone could kindly send this to the BBC: If a human is born with a penis and testicles, he can't legitimately compete in ANYTHING as a woman. If such is his desire, he can report himself to the authorities as a predator or to a psychiatrist as mentally ill. These are the only two options.

If someone at the BBC really said what we started with here, I'm curious as to what authorities to whom you plan to report this.

If this wasn't the sentiment of the BBC, I'm curious as to the source and what you plan to do about it.
