C2ES informed readers, “It’s certain: The Earth is getting warmer, and human activity is largely to blame.” Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists’ headline read, “Broken record: The planet is getting hotter. And hotter. And hotter.”
But are we really observing record hot years consecutively? While global warming is real and has been happening since the end of the Little Ice Age in the 18th century, the claims surrounding unprecedented temperatures are, at best, highly dubious.
Reality and some climate-change claims differ as much as day and night. Here are two examples.
Strange Things: Readjusted Data Points
A few official agencies across the globe that are widely considered “leaders” or “authoritative” in disseminating climate data.
Among them are the Met Office in the UK and top U.S. state agencies like the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
However, these agencies have used their near-invincible status to adjust climate data points as they please, often resulting in an exaggerated warming trend.
NASA has been found to have adjusted past temperature data downward in order to make the present temperature levels look comparatively warmer.
In July 2021, geologist Roger Higgs demonstrated how NASA lowered the 2016 data point for annual global mean temperature. NASA carried out the supposed downward shifting of data points so that the temperature levels for 2020 (which were about the same as 2016) would now appear more extreme. Higgs revealed the downward shifting on Researchgate.

Control of energy use, and with it the control of the means of production. That is why climate change, global warming and industrial cooling were devised. The cure was known before the crisis was orchestrated.

And the are the same fixes that were suggested back in the seventies to combat the coming ‘New Ice Age’. Some of us are old enough to remember.

They mean the atmosphere, not the Earth. But how would they know?
Every night the Earth radiates energy out into space, restoring the equilibrium. The next day the Sun pours energy again on to the surface of the planet. The cycle repeats. The purpose of the cycle is to prevent runaway temperature changes.
But it’s not science. It’s about convincing the public to willingly accept a return to the stone age with 90% taxes and animal skins for clothes.

Yes, random rocks have been caught in the act of spontaneously melting into magma. Soon the entire Earth will be covered in magma - we are doomed and its too late. Woe is us!
It’s settled ... but that isn’t science where the open investigation of truth goes on.
The lie they put out is that any "change" is due to human input in heat and greenhouse gases - yet any real data just shows slight fluctuations, based on many natural factors.
It is a campaign by the Left being pushed for control of the energy industry's money and power while controlling this country's ability to survive and be able to fight - with many willing stooges helping the lie along.
Not hotter. Uglier, in fact.

Yes, and I will be somewhat facetious here but- remember when - in the 70s - that the icebergs were going to take over the earth and we could just ‘imagine’ what would happen when it snowed heavy in July and in unpredictable amounts in what we knew as ‘winter’..
Of course it never happened so ‘they’ noted that icebergs indeed did ‘grow’ but now - some 20 or so years later - the danger was the icebergs melting because of the global warming, which sufficed for awhile till people started going to Antarctica to view the melting icebergs and getting stuck in the ice floes.......etc etc etc
I personally stopped ‘trusting adults - ie govt’ back in the 50s when we learned in Boot Camp that just buttoning up your sleeves and NOT face the atomic blast did not suffice and the hiding under the desks was just some more made up BullSchiff.....

There was a movie titled “Memento” about a man who could not form new memories. It was a great movie. But it describes about forty percent of the public, who mostly vote for liberals. You can literally tell them the opposite of what you told them yesterday and receive the same belief.
Half the public is to the left of the 100 average on the IQ scale. The ven diagram overlap between the left of the IQ scale and liberals is very high. Have you ever met someone who thinks they’re smart but are regularly proven wrong? Yep, liberal.
Forty years ago, the “Club of Rome” decided earth’s population growth must stop and world population must decrease.
Using climate alarmism as a lever to limit energy consumption by the western nations and thereby retard their economies and world influence, the “Club of Rome” initiated the climate scares that have become “global warming” and now “climate change”.
The plan to limit population and western energy use was codified in Rio De Janeiro when President George HW Bush signed UN Agenda 21. It has been a one-way push since then. All lies but many people have been brainwashed by the media anyway.
Climate is changing. Climate is always changing. Man has to adapt to that chance. Thank the Lord that we have had wonderful global warming which results in high food production and less disease. I shudder to think about the day when the earth cools again. Colt glacial ages last a lot longer than the warm ages between them.

We are getting a third cutting of hay well into October and planting crop 3-4 weeks earlier than 30 years ago.

Yeh, I was in college 1968 ~ 1972 (GI Bill, Vietnam vet). Anyway, had a biology class that had a required reading book “The Coming Long Winter” or some such. Had a Greenie Professor, way before his time 😂
Even today we don’t really have good data on the real earth temperature. Certainly not from climate time scale perspective. Good data starts in the maybe mid 1940s with WW2 need for weather predictions and Certainly improved with satellites in the late 1960s. I believe I read recently that Western Europe has more weather stations than the whole continent of Africa. Basing things on maybe 75 years good data is not the way to do planet wide policy.
