We are seeing the expansion of the Senior Executive Sewrvice.
It has been like this in the State Department and “foreign affairs” for a few decades.
The SES creates and executes the policy while the actual Officials just sit back and nod their heads.
It has grown out of the Foreign Office and taken root on our shores.
Unelected bureaucrats don’t make law.

I figure johnheretohelp is still on twtter because his assertions about Pence make it clear that Trump is either stupid and has rotten intel, as he had no idea that Pence was an egregious serial pedo, (and thus Q also has rotten intel and does not “have everything), is or Trump was a weakling controlled by others and was forced to pick an evil man as VP twice. And of course Sec. Def.Chris Miller was putting on an act (for some unknown reason) for emotionally thanking Pence for mentoring him through the most complex military operation. Or Maybe Chris Miller is another evil pedo.
Q repeatedly said “think for yourself”, so I do. And I certainly do not have 100% faith in Lin Wood or Gen. McInerny, so their stamp of approval is not sufficient for me to put aside the very concerning information about john/RDW/McGreevy that is public record.
