Dark Horse Podcast had a very interesting discussion on Ivermectin.

They seemed to think taking it with fats is very important because Ivermectin is fat soluble—so taking it with fats helps it cross into the blood.* Also mentioned taking a probiotic or fermented foods as it may affect gut biome...

The couple each have PhDs in Evolutionary Biology...

Fats Soluble starts around 6:30
Probiotics starts around 5:00

Thanks! The article I read said that taking it with food makes it work better and most people have some fat in their meals.
