LOL, glad you got some. The 250 pound dose should work fine. The only thing I noticed when I took mine is that if I take it on an empty stomach it can make me a little gassy. Not bad and it could also have been my Calcium supplement. I take too much stuff at one time. :-) I suspect that I should space out the Ivermectin, Calcium, fish oil, and Magnesium and not take them all together. LOL I think it’s the last three causing that instead of the Ivermectin because they have done it before.
Let us know how it goes! I haven’t heard anybody say that it caused them any problems.
If I use ACV for health reasons I get the Bragg’s ACV with the “mother”.

They seemed to think taking it with fats is very important because Ivermectin is fat soluble—so taking it with fats helps it cross into the blood.* Also mentioned taking a probiotic or fermented foods as it may affect gut biome...

Tylenol is OTC and it seems to have a lot more warnings about contra-indications/side effects than Ivermectin...

Since vinegar has “anti-bacterial” properties, I doubt any “living culture” exists.
As far as I’ve been told: The bacteria that fermented the alcohol consumes all the sugar and dies, and then, left exposed to air, the bacteria that creates the vinegar, consumes all the alcohol and dies.
Any “living culture” in ACV would need something to consume to continue “living”...so I doubt it, and would need to see a link to a scientific proof.

The “mother” in ACV continues to grow. There’s no debate whatsoever.
Here’s an elementary explanation of the “mother” in ACV. You can take it out and start the process over again with new apple juice. I’ve done it many a time. If I leave the ACV in the confines of the shower for too long the mother grows pretty fast. I use it to clean my hair and scalp. The pH is perfect. Haven’t put soap in my hair for 15 years.

I’ll concede....but it tastes like crap (not that I’ve ever tasted it)...and pasteurized ACV is useless, because it still tastes like crap.
Think I’ll stick with pro-biotic tablets...and any other kind of vinegar.
Seems like the things that are most good for you taste like crap sometimes. It’s fine mixed with some good oil and herb. You have to “decant” it a bit like old wine.
