He was still sharp as a tack. No Dementia. Just stubborn and believed he didn’t need help. He was still driving at 95. I wouldn’t ride with him because he was a constant talker and if you were in the back seat he would even turn his head as much as possible to talk with you. Scared the you know what out of me.

She passed, I don’t know how, bless her she’s not in good mental state.
My dad is now 95. He voluntarily quit driving five years ago. Yay! Nonetheless, he still owns a car. It is parked in his driveway where he lives by himself.
He doesn’t see well and he doesn’t hear well. Those seem to be his only problems. His mind is still able to work and he keeps up with the information that makes it through the sight-hearing challenge.
