I don’t see how it can be legal either. But it’s going to have to get to a court before it matters.
Hubby had almost that problem. His company said he either had to get vaccinated or would have to wear a mask when he went on travel or back to the corporate office. But then the problem was if the plant he was going to was uncomfortable with him having a mask they would take that plant away from him. Get too many taken away and you’re out of a job.
Even IF we knew how to get a case to the Supreme Court and had so much extra money his income didn’t matter plus we could pay lawyers, it would be a third party that didn’t want him in their plant. So it really wouldn’t be his company firing him because of the vaccine that would be because the plants didn’t want him. So probably not a good case at all.

This is insane. I hope those corrupt justices on the Supreme Court are realizing what they have done to the country.

I’ve been wondering why they are so pushy about the vaccine. Glad you ladies are discussing it.
Perhaps the left didn’t realize that people would be resistant to taking the vaccine. I mean we have flu vaccines every winter, children get inoculated, up until now nobody has really raised a fuss about it. They didn’t think that we knew enough to realize something that the FDA pushed through will have side effects that nobody knows about.

Even at Saturday’s rally he said he recommends people get the vaccine. But then he said something about he Advocates freedom of choice too.
But it doesn’t sound like he thinks there’s anything wrong with the vaccine.
I wonder why McCarthy is doing so well. He certainly doesn’t deserve it. He should be down there in the noise like McConnell.

Let’s do it! People used to play chess long distance. They would set up the chess board and then make their opponent’s moves when they figured out what they wanted. And then they would make their move until the opponent so they can change their chessboard. As long as everyone has a place where they can leave the game out we can do that.

What I find so befuzzling is this-remember back in September when Biden and Harris said this?
For his part, Biden has said he would take a vaccine “tomorrow” if it were available but that he would want to “see what the scientists said” first. His running mate, Kamala Harris, has said she wouldn’t trust Trump to be honest about the safety of any potential vaccine and worries that experts and scientists would be “muzzled” by the president because he’s so eager to get a vaccine approved by his stated goal of Election Day.

If a public health expert refused to call the summer riots a super spreader event, then I and probably at least 40% of the country aren’t interested in what he / she has to say about delta, vaccines, or anything really.
