Hi Rusty.....seems to me (although I haven’t heard all of the guests on War Room) that we’re hearing different opinions and speculation on any actual solution. This is all fine, but really nothing that is clear about what the law says.

A lawsuit will be filed on Monday at 1:30 PM in the Henry County Superior Court contesting the certifications of Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock as the winners of the election for Georgia’s U.S. Senate seats.
There will be a press conference immediately following the court hearing in Henry County Georgia.

I hope that’s the case. Could also be nobody knows because this has never happened before. Might be heading to the Supreme Court. Although it’s actually state law isn’t it? But it certainly affects Federal elections.
I had a thought when we were debating whether anything can come of the audits. A simplistic thought so please don’t laugh at me. Well it’s okay go ahead and laugh. I wouldn’t know anyway ;) at one of the hearings they were talking about the number of mail-in ballots that were deemed invalid. And the number was much much lower than what is typical. So any sort of anomaly with a mail-in ballot, and the person’s vote would be discarded. We know the Dems are going to try the we can’t disenfranchise voters, at least I think that might be their excuse. But it sounds like when someone does a mail-in ballot they are taking a risk that their vote will be thrown out if everything isn’t done correctly. Same with all these other votes. There’s too many anomalies. Why can’t they just we count the votes? Throwing out the bad ones. Or go with the current total and subtract the bad ones. Either way the number will be the same. And that will tell who won the election. Only go with the hard copies that we see. So whatever switched all those votes from Trump to Biden in the middle of the night wouldn’t be in the count. Neither would the ballots that had been run through multiple times. Or anything that was changed in Germany. Or wherever. The final vote totals might be pretty small but all we are doing is a comparison of the two candidates anyway.
