Jobless claims: Another 411,000 Americans filed new unemployment claims last week
When we moved back here in 1979 It got to 115 and as a kid growing up here we would see temp like this, but it hasn’t been like this for many years. Mostly 100-102.
Yes I am going to be watering like crazy.
Initial jobless claims, week ended June 19: 411,000 vs. 380,000 expected and an upwardly revised 418,000 during prior week
Continuing claims, week ended June 12: 3.390 million vs. 3.460 million expected and an upwardly revised 3.534 million during prior week
That is what is forecasted. Lets hope it NEVER gets that hot.
