Good weather is priceless! When we left California I didn’t realize how limiting weather could be on the things we do. They are, you can plan an outside event and 99% of the time it gets to happen. And it’s probably a healthier lifestyle, because you can go outside and do things just about anytime you want to.
California geographically has so much to offer. The highest peak and the lowest valley on the mainland. The tallest largest and oldest trees in the world. Some of the prettiest coastal areas as well as beautiful mountains. And all within a couple hours of each other!
It was liberals and illegals that drove us out. And that was even before Sacramento really got going.
I’m praying things will turn around. Not just California but the whole country. But if the liberals keep cheating, the whole country will be similar to California so there would be no point moving for you.

For me, yes it is priceless. The posts on this thread from everybody about the weather in their areas are interesting because I very rarely have to worry about what the weather here will be. Some would call it boring, but it is just one big hassle every day that I don't have to deal with or even think about..

This can't keep going on much longer. When the rich start getting robbed, hopefully it will be a turning point. people are fleeing SF.
One of the Lakers was robbed at gun point a week or so ago. I read that LA passed a "no camping" on city streets law a couple of days ago. (If you can imagine they would even have to pass such a law!)
