I hope you thoroughly celebrated yesterday. I was happy to go through the thread a bit earlier and noted that there were seemingly increased festivities this year, which would have been a great disappointment to the radical left. I couldn’t help but wonder what THEY do on July 4th....maybe whip up a fresh caldron of brew and stand and stir, invoking their demon gods and chanting .
Good morning , Judy. The Independence Day celebration was very nice here at the camp. On Saturday there was a wall of fire (flares lit all around the bay) and fireworks. Yesterday was the boat parade around the bay. (about 100 boats , seadoos, sailboats with flags).

Happy to report that my community exploded in US flags this weekend, moreso than I recall in the five years I have been here.
It is mostly seniors, but for some reason this year, people have wanted to express their love of country. Big flags, small flags, bunting—everywhere.
