A top Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee led 67 GOP colleagues to communicate their opposition to President Joe Biden’s waiving sanctions on the Russian pipeline project at the expense of U.S. energy.
Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.), Select Climate Committee Ranking Member Garret Graves (R-La), and Rep. Andy Barr (R-Ky.) sent a letter to Biden Monday detailing their concerns about the administration’s waiving sanctions that will permit Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline to move forward while restricting the development of such fossil fuel projects in the United States.
Was the pipeline not the bribe to get Russia to back down from its aggression against Ukraine?
Sanctions, because we don’t like a business deal. Nobody cares when Russian gas goes to Germany by way of Ukraine. Bypass sticky fingers Ukraine and DC blows a cork. Why?
Why? Because DC gets dirty cash from Ukraine. Romney, Pelosi, Manafort, Kerry, Biden, etc all have associates getting paid by Ukraine.
Hard to get your dirty DC hands on the cash when the gas goes from Russia straight into Germany.
Follow the money.
Joseph Stolen is colluding with the Russians.
(clever)
"Joseph Stolen is colluding with the Russians."
How about we quit worrying about Putin those 68 people pressure Biden on the Keystone pipeline, that is much more important.
When our energy resources use are prohibited from being used by political edict, that curiously benefits Russian oil supply

Pipe line shut downs affecting our resources and supply. which result in thousands losing jobs and reliance on costly imports from foreign sources. Denying our energy resources use which if fully developed would turn out to be a major source of income when exported also gives Russia control over Germany .
Disasterous results should be expected when such edicts are issued . Those who order and support such decisions should be impeached because of the serious damage being done to the economy.
Alaska and states like Californica and every state which has so called fossil energy reserves both coal and oil and this includes llinois which has both. Cal and Alaska, TX, and possibly Penn has enough stuff there they not only get the stuff from the ground but process it into fuel so that their gas would only cost $1.50 or even less a gallon

I assume Cheney was with the GOP war section.
Germany doesn’t want to be sanctioned for adding a second gas pipeline with Russia.
These are idiots.
Speaking of pipelines, what about reinstating the Keystone XL pipeline?
Yes.
