Here’s my theory about why the military doesn’t approach Xiden:
He’s put the order out that no one is to get near him, either because
A. The doddering dementia victim gets anxious when people crowd around and can’t perform; or
B. They don’t want anyone close enough to see the mask of the imposter.
Jill is his main handler but he feels safe with KaMALA nearby.
Social distancing and masks aid in hiding his disguise/microphones/earbuds.
I think the military know the orders are odd but they are following them.
That is the laying of the wreath @ Tomb of the Unknowns, on Memorial Day. It is different from past presidencies for a reason. It is a military show, Biden can’t taint it, why the ceremony was different.

US Air Force assigns call signs to flights.
No flight has yet to use the Air Force One call sign.
We have vidya of Biden mounting an Air Force livery.
I don’t recall seeing Biden dismounting one (live arrival vidya).
I don’t pay attention to his comings and goings, though.
