Two men were arrested on suspicions they illegally acquired and sold thousands of U.S. Air Force technical orders and aerospace data to domestic and foreign customers for a profit.
Law enforcement officials arrested Sarfraz Yousuf, 43, of Miramar, Florida, and Marc Chavez, 53, of Trabuco Canyon, California, over their alleged involvement in the scheme, the Department of Justice announced Wednesday. Each was charged with one count of theft of government property.
According to an affidavit provided to Military.com, the men each ran separate businesses out of their homes. Yousuf obtained and sold 1,875 stolen technical orders — documents detailing operations, maintenance and schematics of equipment — to Chavez between 2015 and 2020 in exchange for at least $132,280, according to a filing by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Santa Ana, California.
In one instance in June 2020, Yousuf, who worked for Summit Aerospace, sold 34 Air Force technical orders to Chavez, including one containing overhaul instructions related to a “Rate Gyro Assembly Flight Control” for $2,170, the affidavit states. The assembly is part of a flight control system that stabilizes an aircraft’s altitude in the air.
The Air Force breach was discovered while law enforcement officials were investigating a U.S. Navy employee’s unlawful sale of government-controlled technical drawings to a Newport Beach, California, company. That employee, civilian engineer Mark Fitting, 54, of Berlin, New Jersey, pleaded guilty in December 2020 to one count of aiding and abetting the distribution of stolen government property and one count of conspiracy. He was employed at a Navy facility in Philadelphia, according to the DOJ.

And a claim by one of the three defendants in the George Floyd case that a key witness in the Chauvin trial had been improperly coerced to change his testimony and the prosecution (the Minnesota attorney general’s office) did nothing to inform the defense of the interactions the defendant asserts were coercive....” moar
Amazingly, all of us older folks got the virus while none of the kids did. We never stopped being around each other either except every time they were around someone who tested positive they quarantined for two weeks. That happened a few times until the DILs parents got it around Christmas and there was no longer any reason to quarantine.
My DILs parents are 78 and 80, we are 60 and 69. None of us were very sick and all recovered completely.
Not saying your DIL shouldn’t be careful with her parents, but find it ironic that our kids were so cautious and we caught it and they didn’t.
The truth is coming out more and more. When people find out that there were treatments available, that were ignored or suppressed in order to get emergency use authorization for what is not really a vaccination, but a bio-therapy where long term effects are unknown - it's gonna get spicy.

GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik joined Maria Bartiromo on FOX News Sunday this morning. This was her first interview with Maria since she was elected by House members on Friday to replace bitter Never-Trumper Liz Cheney in the position.
During their discussion, Bartiromo asked Stefanik about her support for the ongoing Arizona Senate audit of the Maricopa County election. This was a bold question by Maria on a network that shuns discussing election fraud in the November 2020 election.
Rep. Stefanik said she believed what the Biden administration was doing to block the audit was unconstitutional. (For the record – So was stealing the election!)

The Biden administration has pulled more than $2 billion out of programs authorized by Congress for COVID-19 testing, emergency medical supplies and other health needs — and is spending it on shelter for the 45,000 unaccompanied migrant children that have flooded across the US border this year.
The Department of Health and Human Services siphoned $850 million out of funds allocated for testing in President Biden’s massive $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief bill, Politico reported Saturday.
Secretary Xavier Becerra pulled $850 million more out of a fund meant to replenish the Strategic National Stockpile of items like medical gloves, masks, antibiotics and ventilators, and yanked $436 million out of other health programs, according to HHS spokesman Mark Weber.
Such transfers are legal, as long as Congress is notified.
