Tawny Kitaen, the actress and model best known for starring in Whitesnake’s iconic music video for “Here I Go Again,” has died. She was 59-years-old.
Variety reports that Kitaen died at her home in Newport Beach, CA yesterday, Friday, May 7. No cause of death has been revealed.
Kitaen’s music video debut came in RATT’s 198x clip, “Back for More.” She went on to appear not only in Whitesnake’s “Here I Go Again” video, but several of the band’s other clips as well, including “Still of the Night,” “Is This Love” and “The Deeper the Love.” She was also married to Whitesnake singer David Coverdale from 1989 to 1991.
As an actress, Kitaen played Tom Hanks’ girlfriend in the 1984 comedy Bachelor Party and appeared in the Seinfeld episode “The Nose Job.”
Kitaen also appeared on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2009.

I saw Raquel Welch on “The Muppet Show” recently. She had an extraordinary figure, but she’d already had work done on her face in the 1970s and was starting to look more like the Muppets.

I last saw her in a VCR movie, The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik-Yak. Just about wore out the tape rewinding and rerunning it.

She was one of the most beautiful women in her younger years. Too bad her life was so screwed up. RIP

No, she was a different chick in that Nose episode. You know how there are always two or three things going on. She was an actress and was reading a part with Jerry. She saw his act and dumped him because “she can’t be with a man if she doesn’t respect his work”.
The nose woman was a different one in the same episode.

They were all Jewish girls except the Simpson sisters
She was NOT the daughter of Raquel Welch.
It’s like someone being attracted to a black widow, it looks great until you get to close and it attacks you and you learn to avoid them
I liked her. Sad.
When I heard of her death, I got her confused with Raquel Welch’s daughter.
That gal singing sure has a deep voice.
Had to look her up and even so sort of maybe or not recognize her from back then. She's had a lot of awful plastic surgery since. Wonder what the cause of death was. RIP.
