It’s a link to the Texas case filed at the USSC. Close enough. Accusing the OP of lying is quite the stretch.

Make your time.

Your post is 100% correct and it’s welcome here IMO.

If we can’t correct this, then all future elections will be rigged in the exact same way or worse. I’ve been calling Biden illegitimate since the day they certified the rigged vote counts.

Our founding fathers figured we would be better prepared for this when it came upon us. I’m embarrassed by my countrymen for not demanding our right to a free and FAIR election.

I agree with this. Why don't you just leave then RC and you won't be burdened by stories you don't like? So you won't end up clicking on them for some reason.

NO.
The Constitution makes the Congress the sole judge of the legitimacy of the vote.

No state legislature sent competing electors to the Congress so the Congress approved the vote.

You want to do it different from the Constitution- well, I don’t think much of that.

(Nonetheless there was a problem with the tallying of the vote.)

You don’t understand the most powerful variable in all this.

As with all matters of politics, what counts the most is not the courts, not any legislature, not the media.

The most powerful force is the will of the people. Communists hate this law of nature, because communists worship the institutions of the state. But these institutions can never escape the will of the people. They can only hide from us.

So imagine what happens when the people have evidence of this massive election fraud.

The state will have no choice but to submit, and succumb.

No court was going to overturn the announced results, even if they were fraudulent. In most cases, it was impossible to say which votes were legitimate and which weren’t. The court making Trump the winner would have touched off riots which would have made what did happen at the Capitol in January look like a day in the park. The time to deal with election fraud, is beforehand and at the time. Trump has every reason to be angry and disappointed, but someone with more political experience probably would have realized that the courts weren’t going to make him the winner.

Thanks. lol. I fully expect to be admonished. And liar? lol. I linked directly to the original document. Technicalities. This guy should work for the IRS. I appreciate your common sense. The boards in the last 10 years is filled with grumpy old men. I’m grumpy too but I see the big picture. Some people are more interested in pointing out technicalities than they are the subject matter or verifiable attribution. Thanks. Mods feel free to update the link description.

Well, using logic, why do we have a social contract if we aren’t going to abide by it? We should ignore the parts that are impractical? The USSC were cowards and broke an oath in my opinion (about the coward part) they made to uphold the Constitution. Practicality over principle is no way to run a government or a civilization . You should study the late Roman Republic to understand why this is the path to Hell. There were also other remedies available. The founders were geniuses. There is a an order in place. It would have temporarily put Nancy Pelosi in the Presidency which I would never want, but would prefer over setting the precedent of throwing presidential elections. Do a little research about Marius and his illegal Consulships, then Sulla, ending in Julius Caesar and eventually Caligula, Nero, the crisis of the third century. This is precisely how to go from a Republic to tyranny.

There were unidentified sources (which you should never take with much stock) that claim there were screams coming from the judges’ chambers when they were deciding to hear the case. Which is absolutely unheard of in USSC deliberations.

It is true and is the only issue of the day.

Your lack of understanding and resolve is worse than what the totalitarians have done.

Denying what has happened and going along as if everything is normal and a coup did not happen and a totalitarian state is not being implemented helps no one except the totalitarians in power.

“No state legislature sent competing electors to the Congress so the Congress approved the vote.”

Which makes them accessories and collaborators and an illegitimate governing body.

I’ve been waiting for someone to post the “The Constitution is not a death pact” argument. Surprised that hasn’t come up yet.

I totally agree with you iffinnegan. I honestly think that the Republic died with the 14th Amendment. The Republic was long dead before we were a glimmer in our great-great-grandfathers eyes. The illegal ratification (whole other thread needed for that) of that amendment took us from a Republic to one large federal state with provinces.

It was left up to the states to fix the problem. AZ will either be the end or the first state to fix it, and then there will be an avalance.

1949 case heard by the USSC where Justice Robert Jackson in his dissenting (losing) opinion wrote those words in Teminiello v Chicago. Basically putting practicality before principle in a free speech case.
