Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Not really. Built into the bitcoin software is a cap of about 20 million on the total number of bitcoins that can ever be mined. As the total number mined gets closer to the cap, the software increases the degree of difficulty to mine a new bitcoin.
Reminds me of Zeno's paradox.

“Under” 3GD could also be a figure of speech, meaning below the dam or in the potential floodplain - not literally underneath it, like in tunnels. It would make sense to be nearby, to be close to the electrical source.
