With the purchase of the three-bedroom, five-bedroom beachfront condo in swanky Palm Beach, which is colloquially known as "Billionaire's Row," Hannity joins a number of conservative firebrands who have decamped south to Florida — including fellow Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Newsmax owner Chris Ruddy, former Republican presidential candidate turned "Borat 2" star Rudy Giuliani, and commentators Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro. The late conservative radio star Rush Limbaugh and the late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes were also residents of Palm Beach prior to their deaths.

Hi guy. I hope you are doing well.
“three-bedroom, five-bedroom beachfront condo in”
What does that mean? Three bathrooms... maybe?

No, just plenty of speakers playing him saying "Bombshell" over and over :)
“You could buy 15 homes or more most anywhere else in the USA with that money and have acres of land.”
You could, but apparently he doesn’t want to. I don’t appreciate it when people comment on how our hard-earned money could/should be better spent. Some don’t want acres of land.
$5 million to live in a crowded neighborhood.

Man alive, I’m sitting here thinking about the ranches, farms and estates 5 million dollars would buy here in Texas. It would make the Taj Mahal look like a tent.......;)
Amazing how efficient markets work.
The writer was from "Salon".
He reportedly makes around $40 million a year. He gets paid very well to repeat the same thing over and over and over again for three hours a day on the radio, and then do it again at night on TV.
And that is the main reason I quit listening to him....that and I swore off media like Fox after the election for obvious reasons. I’ve even quit watching Bannon. I’ve been consumed with such hatred I had to turn it over to God.
My Monroe (R) vote for Trump was rejected.
“Barf to the interior designer.”
No kidding. The decorator must have been smoking the sofa that day. But the exterior is lovely. I do like the one bedroom decor with “Florida green” paint.
My sister just sold their condo on the Gulf of Mexico— more square feet, wider, with equal views — for $1 million. Of course it doesn’t have the cachet of the celebrity neighbors that Sean’s has. With claustrophobia, I don’t go for that “row house” layout of these condos.
That explains it.
I’ll just go look for myself.

If you spend $5 million on a home at least buy something that is not so tacky looking.
Pretty much true with Bannon fairly exiled to the periphery
The rest are GOPe rah rah stupids
Not me
I never forgot his tantrum in 2016
He’s too GOPe for me
Anyone he gets mad at he’s quick to play the Jew card on
And his Republican worship and history lessons are just crap
He’s like his buddy Beck
A purveyor of crap
Even if he is ok on some things ....
Hannity has no original thoughts, he simply vomits up the same thing day after day. Not to mention that of the entire 3 hours of his show has about 2 hours of commercials.
Thanks for sending me that link. I had been hearing about fraud charges for years, but never had read the whole story.
I remember meeting Bill Stenger and seeing him around on all of my trips there back when we stayed in the old Hotel Jay.
Lol
Not much less people....you must have caught it at a good time
Summer saturdays when weeklies switch
It’s a parking lot from I 10 to Foley and the beach
Take old 98 through Fairhope to Barnwell and magnolia Springs and bypass Foley via Bon Secour.......I grew up in Point Clear ....some....Fort Morgan road was 20 something miles of maybe 1-200 stilt homes then....no condos ....no neighborhoods
Gulf Shores was the Pink Pony and the Hang Out
Former resident Sorolla ave here
My girls were born at Mercy
It’s crowded
Try the back bays...or Fish River
Still some deals to be found ....relatively
In that area, $5 million will buy a shack.
Me and my family went to Jay Peak for February school vacation week four years in a row. This was 14-18 years ago. The last year they had just built the Tram Lodge hotel.
Jay was a great deal in comparison to any other VT, NH, ME and PQ ski area. You could stay at Hotel Jay including room, meals, lessons and lift tickets for less than just a room and lift ticket would cost at other resorts.
My son who turns 22 in June learned to ski there when he was 4. I still remember the horns on his helmet.
I could have bought a ski in, ski out 2 bedroom slope side condo for $60K. The ones just up hill to the left of the tram.
