With the purchase of the three-bedroom, five-bedroom beachfront condo in swanky Palm Beach, which is colloquially known as "Billionaire's Row," Hannity joins a number of conservative firebrands who have decamped south to Florida — including fellow Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Newsmax owner Chris Ruddy, former Republican presidential candidate turned "Borat 2" star Rudy Giuliani, and commentators Ann Coulter and Ben Shapiro. The late conservative radio star Rush Limbaugh and the late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes were also residents of Palm Beach prior to their deaths.

I do my grocery shopping in Lanc.
NH property taxes are outrageous ...they make up for the *no* sales tax/ *no* income tax feature.
Jay has had its own set of problems of late...
“There is no good conservative talk anymore without Rush.”
I wouldn’t go that far.
There’s a guy that comes out of Raleigh and Wake Forest (two stations) named KC O’Dea that I’ve become impressed with. Does morning show.

I like Steven Crowder, he’s got a lot of the humor of Rush.
Well they ain’t freezing in Minnesota....
It has changed a lot in the last 20 years.
They have 3 hotels. Hundreds of condos. A 18 hole golf course.
An indoor ice arena and an indoor water park.
Most of these are at the base of the tram.
Stateside has a base lodge, a hotel and more condos.
There is also a major criminal lawsuit against the main developer they came in about 15 years back.
The mountain itself really has not changed much other than widening some of the trails and thinning out the woods. It is my favorite ski mountain.
Molson Brador and Extra Stock were big with us back in the 1970s-1980s where I grew up in the suburbs of Buffalo.
We used to drive across the Peace Bridge and to Consumers Beverage just to buy those higher alcohol beverages.
Our other favorite back in the day were OV Spilts. Old Vienna 7 oz lager beers in little glass bottles. Mulligans Brick Bar in the Allentown section of Buffalo used to sell those to you by the case over the bar on Monday nights. By the end of the evening, the brick floor of the bar would be covered with beer and glass.
I did to until he agreed with the Saint George verdict.
Now, he’s just another coward.
Did he buy it for his mistress and himself? I suppose his wife & kids could visit occasionally.....
Last I heard, Hannity had over 400 homes across the USA.
I bet its a house of mirrors, so he can always admire himself.
Yes, my property taxes on my house in southern NH are around $8500/year. I live about 10 miles west of Nashua. Other people I work with pay over $1000/month in property taxes.
There are townships that have lower tax rates in NH.
The best ones are Tuftonboro, Moultonboro, Wolfeboro and a few others. IF you buy a house that you can not see the big lake you are literally in one of the lowest tax burden locations in the USA. The houses on the lake pay all the tax burden.
Yep.
I was in Madison [just south of No.Conway] got killed w/ property taxes; what made me sell, was that No.Conway got *discovered*...and the traffic was outrageous. Wasn’t worth the hassle.
The skiing was wonderful....can’t complain there.
All the outlets came in...oi!
THAT’S 5 million?? That old adage is true... location, location, location.
Yuck green carpet!
“Have you considered Gulf Shores Alabama?”
You do not want to come down here. It’s hot, there’s bugs, sand gets in your body parts, it’s terrible. And sharks and crabs. But if you do come here make sure you leave whatever blue state mentally you don’t think you have where you’re coming form.
Disclaimer: I don’t live in Gulf Shores, just close.
OMG.... Florida is becoming a den of Conservatives...Who woulda thunk it....
Not to worry I have no blue state abnormalities plus I prefer the north and -20 degree weather
Years ago I grew tired of Hannity and his disease of “interruptus jackitis” that appears incurable.
Hi guy.
In my best Bob Barker voice, “come on down!”
No state income tax, low property tax, good economy and you already know the terrain.
Plus, dinner is on me.
