Have you ever seen the videos where he’s laughing? One was during an interview (forget who/what/when/where) but one was at a meeting with various department ministers. The agriculture minister was talking about increasing food exports and he said something about exporting pork to Indonesia. Putin responded they don’t eat pork in Indonesia. The agriculture minister said something else, then Putin put both hands over his face and his shoulders are shaking.
Cracks me up every time I see it.
