This past year was the driest for us in 123 years.
So dry that our Iris didn’t bloom, didn’t think to water them as never had to before.
I’m trying not to think about wildfires.

On the way back from the market the 1 pm news stated that in the Biden/Obama weekly meeting - (REALLY) President Biden was able to share with President Obama that the Affordable Care Act is still helping people achieve insurance coverage.
I DIDN’T KNOW we had 2 democratic presidents.

Well, I was surprised earlier this morning. Received email notifying me to sign my closing disclosure online. Looks like the refi loan is approved. Now it’s just a matter of signing the actual paperwork with a notary.
Wasn’t expecting things to move this quick (I called on 5/25) but I guess it’s made easier because I’m dealing with the same lender, no physical appraisal was needed, not taking cash out, etc.

We call it a 72 hour kit but have learned that we need to pack for a longer time than 3 days.
The last time we had to evacuate we were gone for 2 weeks.

I thought I saw on the thread for it that Trump speaks at seven?
Are the antibiotics making you nauseous? I’ve just learned that slippery Elm bark helps with nausea. People are giving it to their kidneys with kidney disease. That reminds me I meant to order some from Amazon to have on hand. I hate to give them money but I love the quick shipping. I’m actually looking for products on other websites but the shipping is killing me on them. But some don’t have tax so depending on how much I order it’s a wash.
