Alas, it is June 12 that the meet-up is planned.
I suppose any retired people who are going can add a few days to the beginning of their trip if they want to take part in the expo.
I don’t know how easy it would be for other people to switch their days off and other life things at this point.

Plus, there is the small matter that one would have to register for this expo and thus give one’s real name, whereas I am not planning to ask anyone their real name for the meet-up.
