Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 04/16/21 Vol.346, Q Day 1266

"

Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Q describes this awakening as follows:

"The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding 'mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Trust and put faith in yourself.

You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

WWG1WGA!!!" ~ Q (#3038)

The video, Qanon is 100% coming from the Trump Administration, is just one of many excellent responses to the all-important question, "Whom does Q serve?"

Q Boot Camp is a quick, condensed way to learn the background and basics about the Q movement.

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

Actually it wouldn’t be a payoff.

It would be telling the bankers to get lost.

Meanwhile, we finally get the free country we always thought we had but didn’t.

I had temporarily forgotten that in the heat of cutting-and-pasting; you’re right of course.

Which makes the comparison all the MORE stark, between the two cases, doesn’t it?

And, as such, the conservative, patriotic response should be exactly the same.

The pseudoCommunists have been rendering the SCOTUS useless and patriots should acknowledge it.

Deride the SCOTUS for the time for reverence is past.
Pray for Thomas, that he might be given longevity to see the day when SCOTUS is reclaimed in its Constitutional capacity.

Love the man, but the MSM and Pelosi et. al. assured me when he talked about HCQ that he was “Murdering Americans” and they said he wanted us all to drink bleach! They said he wasn’t a doctor, should not give medical advice and that he was too disconnected etc.

I remember he became sick, and then he became well, all for a man in his 70s and all without a ‘vaccine.’

I have already done my research, when I decided whom to watch I chose among credentials, medical training, research, what else they’ve researched, what other research they disregard or consider valid etc. After personally reviewing the trial documents, FDA documents, history of mRNA etc., moderna, Pfizer, Vaers etc. I decided to remain in the control group.

I’d still support him as president 188% :D

Warning. Don't read this. About a future fake pandemic to cull the planet. Written by a globalists leader.

Jacques Attali, 1981, then adviser to François Mitterrand, in a book of interviews with Michel Salomon, declared this: “In the future it will be a question of finding a way to reduce the population. We will start with the old, because as soon as he exceeds 60-65 years, man lives longer than he produces and it costs society dearly.

Then the weak and then the useless ones who bring nothing to society because there will be more and more of them, and especially finally the stupid ones. Euthanasia targeting these groups; euthanasia will have to be an essential instrument of our future societies, in all cases.

We will of course not be able to execute people or organize camps. We will get rid of it by making them believe that it is for their own good.

Too large a population, and for the most part unnecessary, is something economically too expensive. Socially, it is also much better for the human machine to come to an abrupt halt rather than gradually deteriorating.

We won’t be able to pass intelligence tests on millions and millions of people, you can imagine!

We will find something or cause it, a pandemic that targets certain people, a real economic crisis or not, a virus that will affect the old or the big, it doesn’t matter, the weak will succumb to it, the fearful and the stupid will believe it and ask to be treated. We will have taken care to have planned the treatment, a treatment that will be the solution.

The selection of idiots will thus be done by itself: they will go to the slaughterhouse on their own

In the times we are in it is apparent that conservative states should start practicing nullification of federal laws, we should have done this long ago.

According to the 10th Amendment, states are actually nearly independent countries and should have never given away so much power unconstitutionally to the federal government and Supreme Court. We need to just say NO to so much garbage going on that has been pushed on us for 70-80 years, and especially as Marxism, treason, and depravity are strangling our country to death.

It takes governors and state legislatures with the knowledge and the courage to do that. And state populations both conservative and educated enough to understand, support and push for that. There are very few with the determination to do this.

“MTSCIA”

Make the Supreme Court Irrelevant Again.

The 14th Amendment becomes important, too.
Then, of course, the 17th should be toppled as it took an expressed Constitutional power away from the States violating the 10th Amendment (Appointment of Senators).

The line is that Trump wants us all to see what the real deep state agenda is and the best way is to let it happen. He did it during the electronic steal so he could get evidence. Problem is he never dreamed there would be no placed to take the evidence.,p>
Bottom line we played it straight. The dnc/dirty dems/deep state cheated like mad. In the long run,we will win they will lose.

Here's an example of how this works: https://blog.tenthamendmentcenter.com/2021/04/idaho-senate-passes-bill-taking-on-future-federal-gun-control/

Idaho Senate Passes Bill Taking on Future Federal Gun Control

By: Mike Maharrey|

Published on: Apr 21, 2021|Categories: Right to Keep and Bear Arms, State Bills|

BOISE, Idaho (April 21, 2021) – Yesterday, the Idaho Senate passed a bill that would further restrict state enforcement of future federal gun control. Passage into law would represent another step toward neutering future federal gun laws in Idaho.

The Senate Affairs Committee introduced Senate Bill 1205 (S1205) on April 14. The legislation would build upon a law enacted in 2014 that prohibits state enforcement of acts passed after that date relating to personal firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition.

The current law prohibits officials, agents, or employees of the state or its political subdivisions from knowingly and willfully ordering any other official, agent, or employee of the state or a political subdivision of the state from enforcing a federal executive order, agency order, law, statute, rule or regulation if contrary to the provisions of section 11, Article I, of the Constitution of the state of Idaho.

S1205 would expand the prohibition on enforcement, adding provisions prohibiting “all Idaho government entities” from “using any personnel, funds, or other resources to enforce, administer, or support the enforcement of any executive order, agency order, treaty, law, rule, or regulation of the United States government upon a firearm, firearm component, firearm accessory, or ammunition if contrary to the provisions of section 11, Article I of the Constitution of the state of Idaho.” [emphasis added]

The proposed law would also authorize the state attorney general to enforce provisions of the law.

In Practice

The Idaho Constitution provides strong protections for the right to keep and bear arms. It prohibits any laws that “impose licensure, registration or special taxation on the ownership or possession of firearms or ammunition. Nor shall any law permit the confiscation of firearms, except those actually used in the commission of a felony.”

Passage of S1205 would effectively bar the state from enforcing any future federal gun laws that do the same.

How this plays out in practice remains to be seen. There is no mechanism in the bill to declare a specific federal act as “contrary” to the Idaho State Constitution. Although the types of laws prohibited by the state constitution are well-defined, law enforcement agents could still conceivably argue that “it's not our job to decide if a federal act runs afoul of the state constitution.”
In a recently-adopted law, Arizona sidestepped the issue of officer discretion by banning enforcement of federal laws that don't exist in state statute, a less ambiguous standard.

EFFECTIVE

The federal government relies heavily on state cooperation to implement and enforce almost all of its laws, regulations and acts – including gun control. By simply withdrawing this necessary cooperation, states and localities can nullify many federal actions in effect. As noted by the National Governors’ Association during the partial government shutdown of 2013, “states are partners with the federal government on most federal programs.”

Based on James Madison's advice for states and individuals in Federalist #46, a “refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union” represents an extremely effective method to bring down federal gun control measures because most enforcement actions rely on help, support and leadership from state and local governments.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano agreed. In a televised discussion on the issue, he noted that a single state taking this step would make federal gun laws “nearly impossible” to enforce.
“Partnerships don't work too well when half the team quits,” said Michael Boldin of the Tenth Amendment Center. “By withdrawing all resources and participation in federal gun control, states and even local governments can help bring these unconstitutional acts to their much-needed end.”

LEGAL BASIS

The state of Idaho can legally bar state agents from enforcing federal gun control. Refusal to cooperate with federal enforcement rests on a well-established legal principle known as the anti-commandeering doctrine.
Simply put, the federal government cannot force states to help implement or enforce any federal act or program. The anti-commandeering doctrine is based primarily on five Supreme Court cases dating back to 1842. Printz v. U.S. serves as the cornerstone.

Absolutely 17th! To be honest I don't have a very good understanding of the 14th. It seems to me its been used exactly opposite of what it says. I need to understand it better.

Getting rid of the 17th would be huge. But right now our country is bleeding to death. I think the 10th could be used to stop the bleeding and regain some health. The strength and confidence the states would gain might then be a springboard for an Article 5 convention to rescind the 17th. But I think that's down the road a way, and a pipe dream unless we stop the communist / globalist steamroller smashing toward us right now.

The 14th was, originally, intended to “level the playing field” among the States looking to assert their 10th Amendment rights and privileges.

It should have been tied to the Interstate Commerce clause. “The Commerce Clause authorizes Congress to regulate commerce in order to ensure that the flow of interstate commerce is free from local restraints imposed by various states.”

So...COVID rules anyone?
I have to wear a mask in my local Home Depot but...not Home Depot in Texas.
