Then, of course, the 17th should be toppled as it took an expressed Constitutional power away from the States violating the 10th Amendment (Appointment of Senators).

Absolutely 17th! To be honest I don't have a very good understanding of the 14th. It seems to me its been used exactly opposite of what it says. I need to understand it better.

Getting rid of the 17th would be huge. But right now our country is bleeding to death. I think the 10th could be used to stop the bleeding and regain some health. The strength and confidence the states would gain might then be a springboard for an Article 5 convention to rescind the 17th. But I think that's down the road a way, and a pipe dream unless we stop the communist / globalist steamroller smashing toward us right now.
