Last night I watched a video on why the middle of the sixth century AD was so socially and historically cataclysmic. Scientists claim the Krakatoa volcano had a major blow which dimmed the sun for awhile and resulted in (1) droughts which drove the Mongolian steppe warriors to invade the Roman Empire and also likely destroyed the Mayan culture; (2) cooler weather led to proliferation of a flea which carried plague to the Roman and Celtic civilizations; (3) another effect of the drought was to destroy the Yemen hegemony and drove ambitious people to Medina including Mohammed’s family. In other words, a whole lot of unforeseen consequences can happen.

Yep, and this climate alarmism has been going on since 1910 if you can believe it. It’s the media, the media shuts down all debate and only promotes the ideas of these self appointed “experts” who don’t have one shred of expertise, qualifications or knowledge on atmospheric physics.
Think how insane this all is: Al Gore and AOC are almost always mentioned when the subject comes up while an atmospheric physicist with 60 years experience, like Richard Lindzen, who has written hundreds of papers and books on the subject is completely and utterly ignored.
I just posted on another site about this hair-brained scheme. We spend hundreds of billions of dollars over decades to dramatically and successfully reduce air pollution. Now it turns out that clean air, allowing sunlight to penetrate the atmosphere is what is causing global warning.
And what is their solution? Seed the atmosphere with air pollution, calcium carbonate. But, no doubt us peasants still need to reduce our “carbon footprint”, ‘cause Bill Gates knows the right amount. So we get to eat insects instead of beef.
By the way, as I’m sure everyone on this site knows, carbon dioxide is plant food, which feeds higher life forms. I knew as soon as the “scientists” declared cO2 to be a pollutant that they were a death cult. You see, not only is cO2 plant food, but all life on planet earth is carbon based. Reducing carbon footprint means: die.
