Let's see if the are being told about the documented risks, because the CDC/Fauci are hiding risks from the rest of the public.

Feels like a triple negative, or something. Not clear writing, in my opinion. In simple language, the proposal is just to make the vaccine mandatory for all military?
This is exactly why no one should take the jab.
Probably if I were military I would demand a medical discharge or medical retirement depending on my length of service.

In general mandating the vaccine seems like it could be a disaster for readiness, especially if we start seeing significant adverse effects six months, or a year from now.

Sounds like military personnel must take regularly approved vaccines as ordered but if the vaccine has not been regularly approved (which this hasn’t) then they have the right to opt out and must sign an informed consent to opt in. The Dem legislators want the military to be able to treat the vaccines as regularly tested and approved.

I know when I was in I received untold numbers of shots. And it was not possible to decline.
A good number of times we didn’t even know what we were getting.

No, none of them has a right to decline this shot. They are property of the US Government.

Once you enter the military your rights aren't governed by the constitution, per se, but by the UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Congress passed a law earlier to allow military members to opt out of the vaccine.
That this mandatory vaccine law is being pressed now by democrats just shows the hate and disdain they have for our Troops and for freedom.

The entire gist of the article was for POTUS to remove the waiver requirement and direct all personnel to get the shot.
Does that sound like they have a “right” to decline it to you?
