Sounds like military personnel must take regularly approved vaccines as ordered but if the vaccine has not been regularly approved (which this hasn’t) then they have the right to opt out and must sign an informed consent to opt in. The Dem legislators want the military to be able to treat the vaccines as regularly tested and approved.

So far, we’ve been asked if we would take the ‘vaccine’. Even the flu shot isn’t a vaccine, which is why they require it annually.
I’ve opted out so far and will continue to as long as possible.
